How do you charge for your services?
We charge a one-time onboarding fee that covers the training of your AI employee, your own training on how to best use them in your business, and the first month of access to the custom trained AI model (built on top of ChatGPT).
Every month we bill your credit card on file to continue using the custom trained AI model.
How long does it take to train my employee?
We usually have the initial training on your custom AI model completed within 48 hours of our scheduled onboarding call. The private access link to your model will be shared with you upon completion and you can start chatting with your new employee right away.
What information do you need from me to train my Employee?
We use a proprietary onboarding process to collect all of the information we need about your business during our onboarding call. Depending on the type of employee we’re training for you (Marketing/Sales, Operations, HR/Finance) we’ll ask for different information.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Your company website URL
- Employee Names & Roles
- Marketing Brochures & Documents
- Company Logo & Brand Information
- Employee Scheduling Information
- Social Media Networks you use
- Details on the services & products you offer
- etc.

What kind of ongoing support do you provide?
Once your custom trained AI employee launches, our support desk is on-call to help you get the results you’re looking for. In the event you need to make updates to the training or teach it new things about your business, we’re only an email away and can make updates that you provide up to 1x per month.
It’s always best to collect all the information that you want to update together so we can be most efficient in updating the training of your AI model.
I'm scared of commitment! Can I fire my AI employee?
Yes! Unlike real employees, there are no complicated hoops to jump through if you want to fire your AI employee. You can cancel your account at any time and discontinue use of your custom trained AI model.
Are my conversations private & secure?
Your custom AI employee is built on top of OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform. We don’t recommend providing any confidential information when training your employee or when having chats with them. However you can read OpenAI’s complete terms of use here.
Does this require a paid ChatGPT account?
No! You can use your custom trained AI employee inside of a free ChatGPT account, however OpenAI does restrict how much data they will process at no charge. For the best results and most impact, you’ll want to upgrade to a ChatGPT+ account. At the time of writing, it’s only $20 per month to give you the ability to interact more frequently with your AI employee.
Why can't I just use ChatGPT myself?
You can! But getting high-quality results from generic ChatGPT is not an easy thing and often won’t actually save you any time.
